WhatsApp messages: 400 a month included in No Limits
Every confirmation, reminder or change notice that trimly sends a client over WhatsApp spends one credit. A promotional message, such as asking for a review or announcing a free slot, spends two. No Limits includes 400 a month. On the free plan, and on No Limits once the 400 are used up, credits are bought in packs:

Your plan's 400 credits renew every month and don't roll over; credits you buy in packs don't expire and are used after the plan's. The booking alerts your team gets on their phones do not use any.
